Welcome to Cape Cod Pilates! I am Amanda Spearin the Owner and Operator. I am Balanced Body Reformer and Mat Certified with over 500 hours of Certification. I have experience with all types of specific injuries, athletes, and any age group. I believe in a holistic approach to Pilates, combining physical and mental wellbeing. My Private Lessons are designed to help you not only build strength and flexibility, but also reduce stress and improve your overall quality of life. Bachelorette Party Pilates is one of my specialties as I come fully equipt to give you the perfect workout and talk about goals or what exercises to focus on to look the best in your dress. All appointments and appointment requests must be made via text message. I am working with clients 8 hours a day and I don't check emails for requests daily as we are so busy! I don't want you to miss the opportunity to get a quick response. We book out about a week to two weeks. We do get cancellations, so the fastest way to get in our book is to text. I check my texts in between clients when I have 10 minutes between clients. I can't answer phone calls because I'm with clients. If you would like to speak with me the best way is to text me to call you with your name and number and when I'm finished with my clients for the day I will reach out to you as soon as I can. Again, email requests for appointments cannot be made.
